Why block UDP/IP?
Most phones do not need to accept unsolicited inbound connections. Blocking inbound UDP and IP traffic closes a common path attackers use to probe, scan, or reach apps listening on your device.
A real Android firewall uses Android's VPN service to route traffic through the app so it can drop unwanted packets before they reach the rest of the phone.
